Refund and Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item received was defective or incorrect).

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (details will be requested).


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards and vouchers


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
