Refund and Return Policy – Riwayat

At Riwayat, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Refunds, if approved, will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
