1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return & Exchange Process

Once approved, you will be guided on how to send the product back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item received was defective or incorrect).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
3. Refunds

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be refunded via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash (details will be requested).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

We will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping costs).
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
